All conference presenters (including virtual-only presenters) must have an active MSSA membership AND register for the meeting at the time of conference, or pay the non-member registration rate, unless given special permission by the Executive Office.

If you are experiencing difficulty reserving your room or you are not finding available rooms online, Brooke Carter is available to create new reservations within the block by email or phone (please see her contact information below). Brooke can also assist with editing an existing reservation. Please do not email credit card information. Members will receive a payment authorization request from the hotel in a separate email that allows for adding a credit card (to be charged only in the event of late cancellation) to hold the room.
